Vision
Heritage Lakes
The group envisioned two lakes surrounded by mostly 20 acre lots, which is the minimum size allowed by Shelby County to be subdivided without becoming a Major Subdivision. A few lots less than 20 acres are available off of Shelby Springs Road.
Covenant Lakes
Owners of a lot on Covenant Lake will have access to Covenant Lake and possibly other common areas as described in the Usage Covenants.
Common Areas
Vision Owners of a lot on Heritage Lake will have access to: Heritage Lake for fishing, boating and swimming. Playing Field located behind Lot 5. A sixteen acre pasture for common use. Common areas include 2 lakes, 5 acre ballfield (still under construction) and a 16 acre fenced pasture.
